December 10th - January 2nd: NZ $290 per night

January 3rd - March 15: NZ $210 per night

March 16 - Dec 9th: NZ $150 per night

Rates exclude:
One time cleaning fee of $90 for stays under 5 nights. An extra cleaning fee may be applied.
$25/day for each additional person over 4 person occupancy (including children), not to exceed 6 people total.

Policies:
We welcome up to 6 people in the property. No pets allowed.
Bed linens are supplied. Please bring your own beach towels for outdoor use.
Smoking not permitted anywhere on property.
Check-in time: 3:00-6:00pm
Check-out time: Before 11:00am
3 night minimum stay except bookings from Dec 15 - Jan 2 require a 4 night minimum.

Reservations:
Reservations can be made up to 6 months in advance.
Please feel free to email with questions regarding availability.
In order to secure your reservation we require a 50% deposit payable by credit card, or check.
100% payment is required 14 days prior to stay.

Cancellations:
Please notify us 14 days prior to arrival date.
There is a 25% cancellation fee for all cancellations made 14 days prior. After 14 days there is no cancellation or refund.
